I offer both face-to-face and online sessions. For online therapy, we can use a platform that feels most accessible and comfortable for you, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp, or Telegram. During the session I suggest that you find yourself a quiet room with no distractions. Thank you.
